Deborah Webber Sales Coordinator

Deborah Webber has been with Heart Realty since June 2003, when her mother (Sharon Templeton-Broker/Owner) called her to come and work alongside her and help with the task of running the business.  Accounting is where she started and after 3 years obtained her Brokers Liscense and is now in charge of all negotiations with offers that are working on the properties.  "Simply put I love working with my Mother/Best Friend and am blessed that she has put a lot of trust in my abilities to help her succeed with the growing success of Heart Realty."

Patti Brady Closing Coordinator/ REO Agent

Patti Brady has been with Heart Realty for 9 years.  Patti moved to Missouri in 1994 from Daytona Beach, Florida and met Sharon and Howard Templeton the same year.  This was the start of the most exciting career anyone could ask for; she still feels that way today and going strong.  It makes leaving the beach almost tolerable.

Alma Walls REO             Agent

Alma is a licensed agent in Missouri and Kansas.  She was born and raised on a farm in Northern Missouri and was the second of five children.  After graduating she left the farm for big city life and somewhere along the road she ended up in Higginsville in close proximity to her family.  She joined the Heart Realty team 6 years ago after previous work in Retail, Management and Banking which has given her the necessary communication skills to take a contract from beginning to end.  Alma is a people person and loves to make dreams come true for any home buyer.

Cindy Cowherd REO Agent/ Accounting

Cindy has lived in Higginsville all her life.  She is happily married and has 2 sons and 1 granddaughter.  Cindy started at Heart Realty 3 years ago as a sales agent and is now helping in the Accounting Department.

Bob has been a liscensed Real Estate Broker since 1975.  Bob came to Heart Realty in 2003, working with many investors and home buyers throughout the state of Missouri.

Marie Dittmer Broker/ REO Agent/ Traditional Agent

Marie is a Broker-Salesperson specializing in selling foreclosure property throughout the state of Missouri.  She also sells traditional real estate properties locally.  Marie is certified as a WHS (Workforce Housing Specialist) and CREST (Certified Real Estate Sales Training).  Marie has been with Heart Realty since 2006 and has resided in Higginsville, MO her entire life.
